Coaching and training Gus has been really inspiring. Watching a player with so much potential rise to the challenge of success is an interesting view. His work ethic allows him to attack every drill full force and he is able to use skills learned in training and implement them into his game. The future is bright for Gus.

Gus Mills approaches the game with a craftsman mentality. Consistently seeking to raise the level of his play as well as those around him. He walks in spaces and raises the level of competition.
— Coach Drew Jefferson, Midway High School Men's Basketball
Great athlete to coach... and part of that is because I never really told him how good he actually really is. He’s a leader and he’s smart. He’s patient with his teammates. He’s passionate about whatever it is he’s doing and the thing that I love the most about him is he coaches the people around him.
